Adding "fixed Accountsize" as RiskManagement Option

I want to have the risk calculation not only based on current balance or the other 2 Options - i would like to add fixed account size. So for example if i use a 10K Account than the Lotsize will always be calculated from 10K. Not from 1098.50 is already i trade was running.

This allows further precise risk management
